1. How do I book?

The preferred method is by telephoning us anytime on 07743-062-401 there is an answer phone in case no one can take your call or by filling in the booking form in the bookings page.

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. However please contact us on the day as we may have availability.

3. How much does it cost?

Please see the inflatable page for all prices, prices may vary depending on use ie home/business or location.

4. What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include free delivery within a 10 mile radius of Glasgow city centre, set-up and collection by ourselves. All castles include shower covers.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?

For as long as you wish, however our prices quoted online are for a standard 4 hour hire.

7. Do you hire overnight?

No unfortunately we do not hire any of our castles overnight.

8. Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required.

9. How do I pay?

Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we do not accept credit card payments and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.

10. What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. You will not incur any cancellation fees.

11. What if it rains?

Our bouncy castles come with rain covers included free of charge. You may however cancel the booking if you wish with no charges incurred.

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

If it is a very slight slope it may be possible, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

14. How much space is needed?

You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

15. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply.

16. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14.
